 【摘 要】目的 了解剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠情况。方法 通过对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠2例病例分析。结果 剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕部妊娠是剖宫产术后的一种远期并发症, 可能是胚胎通过穿透剖宫产瘢痕处的微小裂缝着床而引起的。
