 【摘 要】目的 采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对某种复方过氧化氢消毒剂杀菌效果进行了试验观察。结果 含30 g/L过氧化氢的该复方消毒剂,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用5 min,平均杀灭对数值均> 5. 0。用含30 g/L过氧化氢的该消毒剂进行擦拭消毒10 min,对染于桌面上的大肠杆菌降低对数值> 3. 00。结论 该复方过氧化氢消毒剂具有良好杀菌作用。

 Observation on Disinfection performance

 of A certain Compound Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfectant 

 【Abstract】In order to know the disinfection p roperty of a compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant, suspension quantita tive germicidal test was used to carry out experimental observation on its germicidal efficacy. Results The average reduction factor ( log10 ) of S taphy lococcus au reus and Escherich ia coli exposed to the compound disinfectant containing hydrogen peroxide 30 g/L for 5 min was 5. 0. Wiping disinfection with the disinfectant containing hydrogen peroxide 30 g/L for 10 min reduced Escherich ia coli on table surface by a logarithm of > 3. 00.Conclusions The compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant had good germicidal efficacy. ......
