 【摘 要】目的研究念珠菌在临床中常用药耐药分布。方法 按CLSI要求，用琼脂稀释法求最小抑菌浓度的值。结果 念珠菌耐药吡咯类较普遍，5-氟胞嘧啶次之(33%)，发生对两性毒素B耐药(3%)的较少。结论 念珠菌对目前抗真菌药呈普遍性耐药，应联合用药，足量用药。

 Investigation on Monilia Drug Resistant 

 【Abstract】Objective To study the clinical application ofMonilia indrug resistant distribution of commonly used drugs .Method Using agar dilution to evaluate the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC).Result Pyrrole were very common in drug fast of Monilia , and next came the 5-Flucytosine(33%),the resistant of amphotericin B is less.Conclusion At present Monilia is generally tolerated to the antifungal agent. Combinations and full dosage of drugs should be recommended .
