ã€Abstract】Objective To study the treatment effect of micro-invasive surgical treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage therapeutic.Method 240 patients diagnosed as Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage scaned by CT and with operative indication during 2002~2005 in my hospital, according to different operation, divided into control group and observed group, carry out effective observation and attendance.Result Using micro-invasive surgical, effective rate 84%, rehaemorrhagia rate 8%, death rate 10% .Conclusion Using micro-invasive surgical and postoperative effective nursing ,can reduce hospital day, degrade rehaemorrhagia rate and death rate. ......
