【摘 要】目的 探讨脉压与炎症因子hs-CRP的关系。方法 138例原发性高血压患者测量血压，计算脉压(PP)，用免疫散射速率比浊法检测血清高敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)，分析PP与Hs-CRP的关系。结果 随着PP水平的增加，Hs-CRP、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)等心血管疾病危险因素的水平明显增加。相关分析表明PP与年龄、高血压病程、TC、LDL-c等临床变量呈正相关，与炎症因子Hs-CRP密切相关。结论 PP与炎症因子Hs-CRP相关。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the relationship between pulse pressure and inflammatory factor hs-CRP.Method measuring blood pressure and pulse pressure calculation , The serum levels of hs-CRP were measured by immuno scattering turbidity assay . analyze the relation between PP and Hs-CPR .Result With increasing of PP ,the risk level of cardiovascular disease such as hs-CPR ,cholesterol total ,low density should be obviously increased .Correlation analysis showed that age ,the course of hypertensive disease ,TC, LDL-c had appositive effect to the PP , and is closely related to hs-CRP.
