 【摘 要】目的探讨老年革兰氏阴性杆菌肺炎临床特点。方法 对2002年1月~2006年1月收治的68例老年革兰氏阴性杆菌肺炎进行回顾性分析。结果 临床治愈56例，占82%，未愈4例，占6%。死亡8例，占12%。结论 老年革兰氏阴性杆菌肺炎的疗效与预后完全取决于及时、有效的抗菌素应用或联合应用，是降低死亡率的关键。

 Analysis on 68 Cases of Gram-negative Bacillary Pneumonia in the Aged 

 【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical feature of Gram-negative bacillary pneumonia in the aged.Method We make an retrospective analysis on 68 cases with Gram-negative bacillary pneumonia which collectedfrom January 2002 to January 2006.Result 16 cases were cured (82%),4 cases (6%) uncuredand 8 cases died(12%).ConclusionThe curative effect of Gram-negatigative bacillary pneumonia and prognosis in the aged depend entirely on timely and effective use of antibiotics or combined which is the key to reduce mortality .
