【摘 要】目的 探讨采用宫腔镜与B超联合对异常子宫出血的诊治价值。方法 回顾性分析经B超联合宫腔镜电切术诊疗80例因异常子宫出血患者，分析其检查结果与术后有效率，并发症情况和随诊结果。结果 本组80例患者应用B超检查子宫内膜厚度和宫腔异常回声，在B超示子宫内膜厚度>5mm或宫腔内有占位，实性团块的病例中，宫腔镜检查均发现异常。80例患者中总有效率为91.67%，所有病例无并发症发生。结论 B超联合宫腔镜电切术治疗异常子宫出血具有创伤小，术后恢复快，手术并发症少等优点，值得临床推广使用。

Analysis of Combined Hysteroscopy and Ultrasound B in the Diagnosis
and Treatment of 80 cases with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

【Abstract】Objective To explore the value of combined hysteroscopy and Ultrasound B in diagnosis and treatment of abnormao uterine bleeding.Method 80 cases with abnormal uterine bleeding by by B-ultrasonic guide andhysteroscope electrocision were analyzed retrospectively . the examination results ,postoperative effective power ,complication and follow-up results were performed .Results Ultrasound B is applied in examining endometrium thickness cavitary uteri normal resonance. There was a high positive rate of those patients with uterine mass whose endometrial thickness were less than 5 mm in hysteroscopy .The total effective rate was 91.67%, no complications occurred in all cases.Conclusion This method was valuble of clinical application , because it was minimal invasion , little operative complication and rapid postoperative recovery . ......
