 【摘 要】目的 探讨预激方案治疗低增生性白血病的临床疗效。方法 对29例低增生性白血病患者采用AGA方案化疗，监测临床症状、体征、血常规及骨髓细胞学检查。结果 总完全缓解率为75.9%，感染发生率为47%，3例严重感染。化疗后外周血白细胞最低值为0.1×109/L~2.5×109/L，血小板最低值为1×109/L~35×109/L。结论 预激方案治疗低增生性白血病疗效肯定，不良反应小，可以更多地应用于临床。

 The Treatment of AGA Regimen in Hypoplasia Leukemia

 【Abstract】Objective To study the efficacy of AGA regimen in treating patients with hypoplasia leukemia.Method 29 hypoplasia leukemia patients were enrolled into this study.Clinical symptom,physical symptom,blood coanting and bone marrow were measured periodically.Result The CR rate is 75.9%, 47% patients were infected.Three cases with severe infection.The level lowest count of white blood cell is 0.1×109/L~2.5×109/L,lowest blood platelet is 1×109/L~35×109/L.Conclusion AGA regimen is a safe and effective methods in treating patients with hypoplasia leukemia.It is worth to more use in clinical. ......
