 【摘 要】目的 探讨腹腔镜鞘膜内子宫切除术的护理要点。方法 对我院2007年8月~2008年12月行腹腔镜鞘膜内子宫切除术患者40例的临床护理数据进行回顾分析。结果 腹腔镜鞘膜内子宫切除术创伤小,出血少,术后恢复快,肛门排气时间早,尿管拔管时间早,住院时间短。40例患者中,术后人工气腹症1例,经处理后症状消失。结论 术前进行有效的心里护理,减轻患者的心理压力,术后加强病情观察,积极预防并发症,认真做好出院指导是提高手术成功的有效措施。

 Hysterctomy (Cash) Under Laparoscope

 【Abstract】Objective To discuss the main points of nursing work of class abdominal S.E.M.M hysterectomy ( Cash) under laparosope.Methods The materials of clinical nursing of 40 cases who received cash from Aug.2007 to Des.2008.were analyzed retrospectively.Results Cash is an operation with less truma,less bleeding,quickly recovering.shorter flatus time,shorter keeping urinary catheter time and shorter hospitalization time. Of the 40 cases only1 case have been performed pneumoperitoneum syndrome and the symptoms disappeard after been treated.Conclusion Effective psychological nursing before operation is beneficial to relieve the mental pressure of patients.and after operation strengthening the disease observation,preventing complications and giving instructions before leaving hospital are effective measures to guarantee the success of the operation. ......
