 【摘 要】目的 总结汶川地震伤病员远程转运工作，探讨多种建制医院联合转运工作流程。方法 对四川省卫生厅直属医疗队泸州分队转运组与全国各地多种建制医院联合转运工作进行回顾性总结和分析。结果 在汶川地震灾后伤员转运工作中，四川省卫生厅直属医疗队泸州分队转运组与全国各地多种建制医院联合成功转运共11批997名伤员。结论 利用完善的信息收集，集中多医院的人员、车辆、药品等资源转运成批地震伤员，可有效提高医疗转运的安全性、有效性和快捷性。转出(入)地医院及组织指挥者的工作准备是转运成功的关键。

 【Abstract】Objective The study is a conclusion of the remote transportation of Sick and Wounded in Wenchuan Earthquake ,and discuss the process of combined transportation among different organizational-system hospitals.Methods Retrospective Summarization and analysis were made of the combined transportation between the different organizational-system hospitals and the Luzhou working group directly under the Sichuan Provincial Health Office.Results The Luzhou working group directly under the Sichuan Provincial Health Office and the different organizational-system hospitals nationwide, successfully transported 997 Sick and Woundeds ,11 batches , during the Wenchuan earthquake combinded transportation. Conclusion The complete information collection and the concentration of the stuff , vehicle and drugs will promote a safe, efficient and rapid medical transprotation.The kernel of the successfully combined transportation is the preparation of the hospitals and the conductors. ......
