 【摘 要】总结了145例输卵管妊娠患者行腹腔镜手术围术期的护理经验。通过对145例输卵管妊娠患者进行相关术前指导-主要为心理宣教,并向患者及其家属介绍腹腔镜手术的优点。术后积极配合医师对患者进行常规护理,防治并发症处理及康复指导等,结果145例患者全部治愈出院,无并发症发生。

 【Abstract】To summarize the peri-operative nursing care experience about 145 patients with tubal pregnancy receiving the laparoscopic operations. According to do the relative directions before the operation to these 145 patients with tubal pregnancy-primarily about psychological education. And to introduce the advantages of the laparoscopic operation to the patients and their family members. To match the doctors positively care the patients in regulation after the operation, prevent and treat the complication, and do the healthy directions etc.145 patients were all cure and leave hospital and have no complications. ......
