 【摘 要】目的 总结急性心肌梗死患者溶栓治疗的护理体会。方法 对50例救治的急性心肌梗死患者,采用静脉内溶栓治疗手段,在溶栓前后采用不同的护理方法及健康教育。结果 经治疗护理、临床治愈44例,死亡6例,有效率占88.1%。结论 急性心肌梗死患者及时溶栓治疗并在溶栓中及溶栓后给与严密监护、仔细观察及健康教育,能提高急性心肌梗死患者的治愈率,减少并发症。
