 【摘 要】目的 总结分析应用锁骨钩钛板治疗锁骨外侧端Neer II型骨折的疗效和问题。方法 2006年5月至2009年5月,对11例Neer II型锁骨远端骨折采用锁骨钩钛板进行切开复位内固定术。结果 10例患者获得10~14个月的随访,平均6~8个月拆除内固定,其中1例患者钢板钩部由肩峰下脱出,1例随访期间再次锁骨骨折。但所有患者无肩关节功能障碍及感染、骨不愈合等并发症。 结论 对于Neer II型锁骨外侧端骨折,锁骨钩钛板是一种较为安全、可靠的固定方法。

 【Abstract】Objective to summarizethe effect and problems of clavicle hook plate for the lateral end of the clavicle (Neer type II) fracturemethod from may 2006 to may 2009,11 unstable fracture of the lateral end of the clavicle (Neer type II) was treated as open reduction and internal fixation with clavicle hook plateresult 10 cases was followed up for 6-10 months, plate removal on an average of 6-8 months postoperation,1case the plate had unhooked from beneath the acromion,1 case got second fracture under plate because of second fall, all the patients got excellent shoulder function,all of them had no infective and un-unionconclusion clavicle hook plate is a safe fixation for the lateral end of the clavicle (Neer type II) ......
