 【摘 要】目的 探讨肠梗阻的非常见病因。方法 回顾总结我科2004~2009年对79例肠梗阻患者的临床观察,尤其对21例特殊原因导致肠梗阻诊治的临床资料。结果 先天性巨结肠导致肠梗阻18例,结肠冗长症导致肠梗阻1例,腹腔间室综合征导致肠梗阻2例,在经过综合患者资料,查阅相关资料,充分论证后,及时正确诊疗,均治愈出院。结论 三种非常见病因均可导致肠梗阻发病,但易被忽略。

 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the scarce etiology of intestinal obstruction.Methods Seventy-nine records of patients with intestinal obstruction from 2004 until now in our department were retrospectively reviewed. Twenty-one cases caused by scarce etiological factors were identified and categorized. Results Of them, congenital megacolon accounted for 18 cases, while patients with redundant colon or abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) made up only 1 and 2 cases respectively. Every patient's condition was synthesized and correct diagnosis and treatment was adopted after we referred to relative documents and fully discussed. As a result, all the patients were completely cured.Conclusion The three kinds of etiological factors can cause intestinal obstruction and yet they usually be ignored. ......
