 【摘 要】目的 探讨十二指肠损伤的诊断和外科治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析13例十二指肠损伤患者的临床资料改良憩室化手术再简化的手术治疗。结果 13例患者仅3例术前明确诊断,术中确诊10例,术中漏诊、术后诊断2例,误诊率16.1%,死亡1例,治愈12例,治愈率84%。十二指肠损伤的早期诊断和早期及时手术是非常重要的。结论 十二指肠损伤的病情复杂,目前尚无好的特异性检查,处理困难。十二指肠修补术、十二指肠空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术和Cogbill改良憩室化手术再简化手术是治疗十二指肠损伤的实用方法。

 【Abstract】Objective To explore the diagnosis of duodenal injury and surgical treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 13 cases of duodenal injury in the clinical data of patients with diverticulitis of improvements to streamline the procedure of surgery. Results13 patients, only three cases of preoperative diagnosis, intraoperative diagnosis in 10 cases, intraoperative misdiagnosis, postoperative diagnosis of 2 cases of misdiagnosis rate was 16.1%, and 1 died, 12 cases cured, the cure rate 84%. Early diagnosis of duodenal injury and early and timely surgery is very important. Conclusion The complexity of the condition of duodenal injury there is not a good specificity of inspection, to tackle the problem.
