【摘 要】目的 研究与探讨妇科腹腔镜手术CO2气腹对血气分析的影响及处理。方法 选择68例腹腔镜手术的患者,在建立CO2气腹前后30 min,不同气腹压力下进行血气分析比较,回顾性分析了两组患者不同的CO2气腹压力在手术前后不同时段对患者血气的影响。结果 两组患者PaCO2、PH值、PCO2及BE差异有统计学意义。结论 腹腔镜手术CO2气腹前后对血气有影响,不同气腹压力对血气的变化存在差异,故术中尽量降低气腹压力有一定意义。
