[摘要]目的：探讨糖尿病终末期肾病血液透析治疗临床效果。方法：本次研究对象选自我院2008年5月至2011年5月收治的ESDN型血液透析的患者40例(观察组)，就临床资料与同期收治的非糖尿病终末期肾病(NOR-ESDN)型血液透析的患者40例(对照组)作比较分析。结果：观察组血糖水平在透析前明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组40例中，1年内死亡人数为9例，占22.5%。 3年死亡人数为24例，占60%。对照组40例中，1年内死亡人数为6例，占15%。3年死亡人数为20例，占50%，观察组3年以上存活率明显低于对照组(P, http://www.100md.com

 Clinical analysis of diabetic ESRD hemodialysis

 [Abstract] Objective： To explore the diabetic ESRD hemodialysis treatment clinical effect. METHODS： This study selected from May 2011， admitted to hospital 2008 the ESDN line hemodialysis patients， 40 cases (observation group)， clinical data were treated in the same period， non-diabetic ESRD (NOR-ESDN) hemodialysis patients， 40 cases (control group) for analysis. Result： the blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly higher in pre-dialysis， the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).
