  摘要：滑膜肉瘤的发生率占全身软组织肉瘤的5.6%—10%，发生于口腔颌面部的滑膜肉瘤多见于腮腺区域、咽旁或舌根部。而原发于颌下区者实属罕见，它的病因目前仍不明确，目前多数学者认为该肿瘤与具有双向分化潜能的间充质细胞相关，而发生于颌面部者与滑膜组织并无直接的关系，该部位的滑膜肉瘤临床表现无特异性，鉴别诊断困难.明确诊断需病理学检查和免疫组化结果.肿瘤呈浸润性生长，手术范围及放疗范围难以确定，治疗后易复发，复发后的肿瘤恶性程度明显增加，传统的扩大切除术+术后放射治疗是目前可行的治疗方案.我科于2013年8月收治1例左侧颌下区滑膜肉瘤，现报道如下：
