摘要：脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide，BNP)是一种由32个氨基酸组成的多肽，BNP主要由心室分泌，目前有研究表明BNP在心力衰竭的诊断与治疗，多种心血管疾病的预后评估以及急慢性心力衰竭的治疗中起到重要作用。本文对其在各种心血管疾病的临床研究进展进行综述如下。
