【摘 要】通过对31例进行CIK细胞治疗的肝癌患者的护理观察得到结果：不良反应发生人数为7例，人数不良反应率为22.58%，输注次数不良反应率为4.19%，且不良反应状况经过医护人员处理得到缓解和消除。因此得出结论：CIK治疗肝癌患者过程中部分患者会出现不良反应症状，经过准确的处理是可以消除和控制的。

 Abstract：The results of nursing observation in 31 cases of liver cancer patients treated with CIK cells：the number of adverse reaction were 7，the adverse reaction rate of patients was 22.58%，the adverse reaction rate of infusion number was 4.19%，Adverse reaction conditions after medical personnel dealing was ease and eliminated.The conclusion was the adverse reaction can be eliminated and controlled.
