【摘 要】医改进入深水区，医改的重心向县级公立医院改革转移，这已经在全社会或在卫生领域形成了共识。边远贫困人口小县卫生资源整合是一项县级公立医院改革的有益尝试，通过两年实践，取得一定成效，值得进一步探讨或推广。
