【摘 要】目前三甲医院医保的全面覆盖及较低的统筹层次给医院医保管理工作带来困难。根据新医改对医院医保管理工作的要求，分析当下存在的问题，并结合多年的工作经验，从三甲医院角度出发，总结了几点切实有效的医保管理举措，促进医院医保管理工作有序运行与发展。
