【摘 要】目的：探讨克氏针钢丝张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折的优点。方法：对65例髌骨骨折的患者行克氏针钢丝张力带内固定术。结果：经6～12个月随访65例骨折愈合，优50例、良10例、可5例。结论 克氏针钢丝张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折固定可靠，有利于早期功能锻炼，且操作简便、经济实用，利于临床推广。
