【摘 要】临床药师在临床合理用药中发挥着重要的作用。在实际的用药中存在不同的问题，临床药师针对实际情况，与医护人员及患者进行直接的互动；并加强专业知识的学习，完善临床药师的知识结构，深入临床工作中掌握不合理用药情况，从而有效指导临床合理用药，以保证患者的用药安全。
