【摘 要】目的：回顾剖宫产后腰腿痛8例诊疗情况并初步分析其发病原因，为进一步预防及治疗此类疾病提供临床参考。方法：回顾剖宫产后腰腿痛8例诊疗情况。结果：8例患者均为剖宫产后出现腰臀腿痛，经保守治疗基本治愈，其发病原因可能与麻醉操作、麻醉药物、内分泌改变及手术本身有关。结论：剖宫产后腰腿痛目前病因不清楚，治疗上宜保守对症治疗，大部分可治愈。
