【摘 要】目的：探讨弥散加权成像(DWI)与MR波谱成像(MRS)联合应用对前列腺癌的检出率和临床意义。方法：通过回顾性分析经穿刺病理证实为前列腺癌的120例病人在前列腺切除术前的DWI及MRS表现，发现、定位并诊断前列腺癌侵袭范围。结果：DWI 提供了前列腺癌可疑癌灶的定位信息，DWI多呈高信号，ADC图为低信号；MRS显示胆碱类化合物(Cho)峰值明显增高，枸橼酸盐(Cit)峰值减低，有助于提高癌灶检出率。结论：DWI和MRS能够无创性地活体评价前列腺癌的侵袭性，两种检查方法联合应用有助于提高癌灶检出率。
