【摘 要】目的：探讨疤痕子宫再妊娠经阴道试产的成功率与安全性。方法：回顾性比较分析我院2013-2014年收治的59例疤痕子宫再妊娠经阴道试产的孕妇(I组)和同期收治的随机按1：2抽取的120例非疤痕子宫经阴道试产孕妇(Ⅱ组)的临床资料。结果：I组产妇59例，其中试产成功44例，成功率为74.6%，与Ⅱ组比较时发现产程时间、产时出血量、新生儿预后都没有显著性差异(P>0.05)，但手术助产率增加。结论：在合适的条件下，疤痕子宫再妊娠经阴道试产是成功率高、安全的，可以推广执行。

 Clinical analysis of 59 cases of vaginal birth after cesarean section
