【摘 要】目的 探讨透视下观普通胃肠透视下胃溃疡的临床诊断标准。方法 在普通胃肠透视下，透视下观察钡剂在胃粘膜表面的流动变化，发现病变或排除病变并点片。结果 检出经胃镜、手术病理及临床随诊证实的微小病变40例，包括早期糜烂性胃炎8例，胃溃疡22例，胃息肉3例，平滑肌瘤2例，胃癌5例；另有6例除外胃部病变。结论 透视下钡剂流动的观察在胃双对比造影过程中具有重要的作用，有利于提高胃部疾病的诊断水平。
