【摘 要】针对目前医院管理的现状，提出医院应用清单式管理的必要性，通过介绍“清单式管理”的含义，如何编制清单，以及清单的特点，探讨医院实施清单式管理的优越性，同时举例进行说明，最后指出，清单并不是一成不变的，只有通过PDCA循环，才会使医院的清单式管理变得更完善，才能改善医院管理、医疗质量和服务质量，才能提高医院的工作效率和各级医院在激烈市场竞争中的生存发展能力。
