【摘 要】目的 对比奥美拉唑和泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果，确定治疗消化性溃疡的最佳治疗药物。方法 选取本院收治55例消化性溃疡，使用抽取质子泵抑制剂药物泮托拉唑28例及奥美拉唑27例。对比分析两组治疗。结果 奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑的治疗效果总有效率分别为59.3%和75%，奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡在溃疡愈合率、HP根除率方面比较，明显低于泮托拉唑，且差异具有显著性。结论 泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的效果好于奥美拉唑。
