【摘 要】目的 研究完善护理部管理体制，强化护理管理职能的有效方式。方法 通过调研、收集数据，在院长办公会议进行讨论并形成各种护理改革方案。结果 制定并完善了护理部管理体制，加强护理管理职能的有效方式。结论 护理部的有效管理是改善护理服务质量，提高医院形象的有效措施。应在医院管理工作中，重视加强护理管理职能。
