【摘 要】目的 了解我院脑血管病的特点，为该病种的防治提供基础数据和信息。方法 提取2003-2014年脑血管出院病人的病案进行统计分析。结果 脑血管病出院人次逐年增加，特别是近年来，增长较快；平均住院日下降；病死率下降；中轻年患者增加；多伴有其它疾病。结论 做好高危人群的防治，对已有的危险因素给予积极的干预和治疗，激励更多的临床医生与患者或家属进行交流沟通，可收到很好的效果。
