【摘 要】为降低围术期患者低体温发生率，以质量改进为目标，成立品管圈活动小组，运用科学的质量管理方法，汇集了集体的智慧，改进了体温保护的措施，提高了手术护士对围术期患者体温保护的意识，提高了手术护理的质量。

 Abstract：In order to reduce the incidence of perioperative patients with low body temperature，to the quality improvement as the goal，to set up a special practice group，by using the method of quality management science，pooled the wisdom of the collective，improved temperature protection measures，improve the operation nurses consciousness on perioperative body temperature protection，to improve the quality of nursing operation.
