【摘 要】目的：研究分析常见出诊性传染病的临床诊治对策。方法：择取2012年12月-2013年12月期间在我院住院治疗的86例出疹性疾病患儿，并对其临床资料加以回顾性研究。结果：本组86例患儿诊断包括：病毒感染48例(55.81%)，过敏性疾病35例(40.70%)，其他3例(3.49%)。随访1至3个月发现，全部患儿通过及时的对症治疗均恢复良好。结论：小儿出疹性疾病特点为不具典型、临床表现多样化，应对其诊断与鉴别诊断予以高度重视，并积极给予对症治疗。
