【摘 要】目的 探讨老年肺结核合并肺部真菌感染的临床特点。方法 对我院住院治疗的肺结核合并肺部真菌的老年患者其相关基础疾病、病原菌分类及治疗结果进行统计分析。结果 老年肺结核合并真菌感染者病史长并伴有基础疾病，并用过抗生素。病原菌中以白色念珠菌为主，占70%。结论 老年肺结核患者易合并肺部真菌感染，须引以重视。住院常规检查，及早采用有效的治疗，预后良好。
