【摘 要】目的 总结老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者的护理体会。方法 依据老年皮肤瘙痒症病因、发生发展规律制定规范、系统的护理程序，以对老年皮肤瘙痒症患者实施积极有效的护理措施。结果与结论 通过有效的护理达到了治疗的最佳效果，明显缩短病程，减少复发，促进了疾病的康复。
