【摘 要】目的：消毒供应中心下收下送工作中存在的问题，提出改进措施。方法 对下收下送工作中存在的问题，质控组成员进行分析讨论，查找原因，提出通过转变服务观念，合理利用人力资源，完善下收下送工作流程等措施，让下收下送工作贴近临床。结果 完善下收下送工作流程、提高工作质量和效率，为临床科室提供有力后勤保障。
