【摘 要】目的 探讨小儿再发性腹痛的原因，提高小儿再发性腹痛的诊断水平。方法 采用回顾性分析法对本院近年来收治的60例再发性腹痛患儿的临床资料进行分析，总结患儿的临床表现和诊断结果。结果 器质性疾病42例(70.0%)，非器质性疾病18例(30.0%)。结论 小儿再发性腹痛多是由器质性疾病引起的。
