【摘 要】本文通过系统评价抗生素预防国内会阴侧切切口感染的有效性，得出结论：基于现有临床证据，使用抗生素预防会阴侧切的切口感染效果不显著。但由于纳入研究数量较少，研究质量不统一，尚需要更多大样本、高质量临床RCT予以证实。
