【摘 要】本文通过探讨急性上消化道出血的观察及护理方法、效果，从而得出结论：针对急性上消化道出血患者的特点，严密观察患者的病情变化，对其进行有针对性的护理，对提高痊愈率，降低并发症发生率，促进患者早日康复具有至关重要的作用。
