【摘 要】肝硬化患者感染发病率高，而发生感染者死亡率高。本文分析了20例肝硬化患者中合并感染的7例临床资料，旨在探讨患者发生感染的危险因素，为有效防治肝硬化医院感染，降低其发生率提供科学依据。
