【摘 要】本文结合具体病例，简述抗-IgA致输血超敏反应的鉴定方法，探讨为抗-IgA所致输血超敏反应的患者输注的最佳血液，得出结论：要想防止选择性IgA缺乏症患者发生抗-IgA致输血超敏反应，选择合适的血液进行输注，可以为抗-IgA所致输血超敏反应的患者输注无宫内感染的同血型脐血。
