【摘 要】目的 探讨对出院患者进行电话回访的好处。方法 对出院患者进行电话回访。结果 有效的提高了患者院外服药依从性、复诊率及满意度，提高了医院的经济效益和社会效益。结论 通过电话回访，为出院后患者提高健康指导，为医院树立良好的社会形象。
