【摘 要】本文结合实际简述药师如何在提高患者服用药物依从性方面发挥其应有的作用，从而得出结论：在正确的诊断与治疗方案确定后，用药医嘱的执行是决定患者病情转归的关键步骤。药师掌握药学领域的专业知识，熟知药品的适应症、不良反应、使用禁忌、注意事项、治疗效果等，如果可以充分利用药师自身的优势，则可以在这个关键步骤中提高患者服用药物的依从性，从而使患者得到最佳的治疗效果。
