【摘 要】总结90例先天性心脏病患儿围手术期的护理方法。主要包括术前护理，术中配合，术后护理及健康教育几个方面。注重术前、术中、术后护理、心理护理、健康教育几个重要环节，提倡优质护理，规范和提高护理服务质量水平，使患儿早日恢复身心健康。

 Abstract summarizes 90 cases of congenital heart disease perioperative nursing.Including preoperative care，surgery with postoperative care and health education aspects.Before focusing on preoperative，intraoperative and postoperative care，psychological care，several important aspects of health education，promote quality of care，standardized service levels and improve quality of care，so that children early resumption of physical and mental health.
