【摘 要】要相适应医疗改革的发展，为患者提供最优质的药学服务，药学人员应当及时了解最新的药学信息和药学知识，具有扎实的专业知识能力和良好的综合素质，要不断提高自己的业务水平，端正服务态度，采用专业的素质水平为患者提供用药指导，为患者提供最佳的药学服务，增强患者对合理使用药物的认识，确保患者合理、安全使用药物。本文结合实际总结对新时期药学人员工作的思考，以供参考。
