【摘 要】目的 探讨出院患者回访工作中潜在的护患矛盾问题和预防措施，减少和防止矛盾的发生。方法 通过对近2年1285例患者的回访过程中出现的一些问题和回访工作进行分析，找出可能发生矛盾的环节和原因，提出6项预防措施并落实。结果 有效地预防了护患矛盾的发生。结论 增强法律意识，认真细致地做好回访中的各项工作，可以预防护患矛盾的发生。
