【摘 要】运用文献资料法，对紧张的医患关系生成的原因进行了一番浅层的探因。主要从患者和医者两个角度出发，着重于患者矛盾的心理状况，包括治愈期望与治愈效果的落差，患者文化素养的高低和维权意识的扩大化;以及医者人文精神的缺失，包括医疗指标的量化、传统的遗落、医护人员的素养。
