【摘 要】为了探讨护士层级管理在基层医院的应用效果，本文采用回顾性分析法对护士层级管理实施前后患者满意度、护理质量合格率等进行分析，从而得出结论：将护士层级管理应用于基层医院的护理工作当中，有助于提高患者对护理服务的满意度，提高护理质量合格率，有助于为患者提供更加优质的护理服务。
