【摘 要】健康宣教是整体护理的重要组成部分.通过护士有计划、有目的的教育过程，可使患者及家属了解增进健康的知识，提高健康水平，使其行为朝着有利的方向发展.我们针对耳鼻喉科患者的健康状况及疾病特点进行健康宣教，使患者提高了对疾病的认识和预防，现将工作体会介绍如下.
